The VisionLight Entertainment Group was founded by Zeiad Hussein and John Guarino with partner Yasser Hussein after coming to the realization that many independent artists are in need of professional DVDs, CDs, and images to present.

Zeiad Hussein founded the company when he wrote, produced, and directed his first feature-length film entitled The Ghost of Gallager in the summer of 2004.With a budget of only $3500, Zeiad defied the odds and got his film into the offices of New line Cinema, Lions Gate Films, Warner Brothers and even Integration Entertainment in Beverly Hills. His career as a director started at Montgomery County Community College in Blue Bell Pennsylvania and that is where he wrote, directed , produced, and edited over 28 pieces in a mattter of a year and a half. One of his films, Vision, which also inspired the company's name, was selected at the New York International Independent Film & Video Festival. Now at the age of 22, Zeiad's ambitious perspective is to take this company to the top not only in DVD/CD Mastering and Duplication, but also as an independent distribution company that can compete with many others in the industry.
